INTRODUCTION
The current presentation has been based on BrewDog company which is a well-known
multinational brewery and pub chain based in Ellon, Scotland. UK. It was founded in
2007 by James Watt and Martin Dickie. The management of BrewDog is making a large
number of issues and controversies related with open letter accused by bosses that is
fostering fear and lack of motivation among employees at its workplace. Thus, current
presentation is based on analysing theories that can be applied by the BrewDog to have
improve worker morale.

Organizational Behaviour
Organizational behaviour is concerned with the understanding of human behaviour
in work environment and determines its impacts on job performance, structure,
motivation, leadership, communication etc. It has been seen and analysed in context
with the BrewDog that lack of effective communication and motivation is being
seen and analysed within the employees that can also be reduced and eliminated by
the having effective management and discussing in higher employee motivation.

Taylor’s Scientific Management Theory:
This theory suggests that productivity in any
organisation can be enhanced by application
and demonstration of applied sciences which
ensures and leads to the simplification of job
leads to increased operational productivity and
management.
