INTRODUCTION
The concept of organization refers to the overall collection of peoples that are involves in
offering of support that is required in order to attain goals and objective of an organization. In
addition to this, it is also a social systems that consists of human relations along with effective
division of work in order to complete tasks in an optimal manner and achieve set goals. The
following report is based on Brewdog which is a multinational brewery and pub chain based in
Ellon, Scotland. The following report will highlight qualitative as well as quantitative data of the
chosen business. Moreover, it will discuss its various service provisions of the business and
evaluate its advantages and disadvantages. In addition to this the report will discuss various
recommendations that will help in achieving innovation within the organization.

Organizational overview.
The organization is a multinational brewery as well as pub chin that is based in Ellon,
Scotland. The organization claims to be the number one craft brewer in Europe and was
established in the year 2007. the organization has over 70 bars world wide with around 800
employees (Smith., 2018).
