INTRODUCTION
In the Brexit referendum immigration was crucial or central element and plays a significant
role throughout the Brexit campaign. It has been identified that from past many years British
employers offered job opportunities to individuals with having foreign qualification. It leads
towards shortage of housing (Holmes, 2015). Along with this it has been evaluated that
immigrants were also blame for putting education services and national health services under
pressure (Clarke and et.al., 2017). Immigration is one of the most important issues in Brexit
debate that have significant impact upon employment of UK based workers. Present report
includes formative discussion upon the topic Brexit and immigration along with different type
of mass media output with their opinion and consideration of views.
Different studies have examined that immigration have a significant impact upon economic
welfare of existing resident individuals of UK. Along with this it has been identified that since
the year 2010 number of job opportunities that was created in the provinces of United Kingdom
economy was duly undertaken by immigrants, which affects average wage level. Further it has
been identified according to many evidences that Non- EU workers immigrants in United
Kingdom have adverse effect upon employment of UK born workers, that automatically
enhances competition in migrant labour, for example IT industry. These sources are being agreed
by Migration Advisory Committee in its 2012 January report.
According to latest reports, it has been identified that increase in density of population is
also one of the most crucial economic consequences for resident population and have negative
impact upon housing. Increase in immigration might be due to political allegiance. Different
form of media present adverse impact of immigration upon UK- born due to many difficulties
and issues that has been significantly increasing by passing year since the end of 2010. UK
immigration debate significantly enhances long-term democratic impact that duly raises public
concern over rapid maximization in immigration (Economic Impacts of Immigration to the UK.
2016). This has been identified according to the comprehensive evaluation that immigration is
having economic, cultural and social impact.Along with this, according to the wage distribution
report of House of Lords it has been evidenced that increase in the number of immigration have
small negative impact upon lower paid workers in United Kingdom. Further many communities

and local government reports identified that resident worker wages have also been adversely get
affected with the increase in immigration. By evaluating Bank of England report it is determined
that immigrant impact wages rate across different occupational groups of UK-born individual
that enhances the level of dis-satisfaction among local public.
Many sources of media reports and articles agreed with the fact that increased in
immigration rate significantly maximizes higher unemployment rate among UK born workers.
Along with this it substantially lead towards, workers in some sectors to suffer from ineffective
form of competition (Erickson, 2019). Along with this immigration also have significant impact
upon well-being of UK natives, as due to constant increase in immigrants in UK from past
decades UK based individual lead towards facing different type of mythological challenges. In
accordance to many evaluation and conclusion of reports this has been identified that
immigration have over supply of workers in United Kingdom, it automatically enhances
employer to keep their wages low that impact upon individual living standards. As per according
to evaluation of many reports it has been stated that immigration also have adverse impact upon
public services. For instant if an individual who is an immigrant have a baby with a British
citizen then it significantly cost associated with that children to be attribute of a British citizen, it
maximizes immigrant opportunity to duly undertake use of services education and other
facilities.
The negative impact of immigration upon many segments in United Kingdom shape public
opinion in negative manner, as if it is seen in terms of employment and wages immigrants
increases over supply of a labour that would turn down wages. It enhances employers with an
opportunity to come up with more number of lower paid jobs that can impact upon skill and
talent of many UK born individuals (Lo and Teixeira, 2015). A single migrant have tendency to
affect job opportunity of UK born workers this can be identified with, data shows that between
1997 and 2011, around 75% of jobs created were filled by non UK born workers. According to
the evaluation it has been identified that it is essential for government to come up with different
considerations for UK-born workers in order to appreciate their right skill with right job with
appropriate wage structure.
The Brexit which took place changed the shape of public opinion on the issue of
immigration as it impacts in a negative manner on several segments in United Kingdom. It has
been identified from different of the surveys that most of the jobs that are created in the United
