1) BREXIT AND BRITISH POLITICS by Geoffrey Evans and Anand Menon ( 2017)
published by Polity
Brexit is instrumental to change economy and relationship of principal trading for the British
Government. This book is written by eminent analysts of British and European Union politics,
Geoffrey Evans and Anand Menon to highlight the nearness and overstatement of the
Referendum to explain the happening on 23rd June, 2016 and the reason behind that. The
argument prevails in this book emphasizes on the prolonged disappointment with the EU for
slow but sure collapse between the relationship of parties and voters with generated disinterest,
disappointment and lack of involvement. This state of mind of the voters was reflected in June
2017 General Election, which had showed the negative impact of Brexit with subsequent

2) BREXIT: How Britain left Europe by Denis MacShane (2016) published by I.B.Toris
The author was previous British MP of The Labor Party from 1994 to 2012 and was designated
as The Labor Minister and UK Minister of State for Europe. This book had highlighted about the
history of Brexit. On 23rd June, 2016, Referendum was floated in UK for its citizen to vote for
their consent to leave the European Union, which had resulted as the biggest bolt from the blue
to the modern political history of UK. This latest and updated edition of the author’s bestseller
history of relationship between the UK and the Europe, the revelation of entire story had been
done by the former Minister of Europe to highlight the issues behind historic EU Referendum
decision. Mr. MacShane was the only senior critic to evaluate the result of EU Referendum

properly. His book also projects the initial context to the new landscape of politics and
economics of Brexit Britain. (MacShane, 2016)
3) Brexit and Beyond: Rethinking the Futures of Europe edited by Benjamin Martill and
Uta Staiger(2018)
This book highlights the significant impacts of Brexit for the UK, the Europe and global
stakeholders. This book also highlights the consequences of British politics, the future of Europe
and the EU along with the adoptable regional and future oriented viewpoint which were not
featured in other analyses. The contributors for this book are 28 eminent scholars from different
range of curriculum. This book provides different standpoints of the European Union depending
upon different domains like political economy, relationship between the institutions, law and
application of justice, governance of democracy, and external affairs in respect of the idea of
Europe. The contributors to this book had given different views on the issue of Brexit, but were
common in the decision that Brexit needed more scholarly analyses to understand or predict the
future ahead of both EU and UK after Brexit.(Martill & Staiger, 2017)
