UK’s perceived migration issue. Thus, immigration is considered one of the major problem in
UK and its main cause is Brexit. However , Guma and Dafydd Jones (2019) immigrants are also
contribute to the country’s budget and contribute to economic growth as well. That is why, it can
be stated that country’s performance has highly affected either in positive or negative manner.
The aim of this research is to determine the impact of Brexit upon EU migrant workers and with
the help of secondary research only, the scholar is able to answer the research questions so that
effective outcome can be generated.
1.3 Rationale of the project
The reason for selecting this topic is due to researcher’s personal interest because study
on this topic will help to increase the knowledge pertaining to Brexit and this in turn assist to
create a better outcome in near future. Further, another rationale for conducting the research on
this topic is such that there are number of immigrants who left the country because of different
restriction but after Brexit, workers are actually affected adversely due to the restriction imposed
by the government (Duda-Mikulin, 2019). Thus, the present study will be beneficial to shed a
light upon different ways through which Brexit affect the migrants and this causes a direct

the workers that was hired form EU. The new policy highlighted several restrictions on the
workers coming from EU. The provisions mentioned that the workers coming from EU will
need as visa in advance and the employer will be required a licence regarding the hiring of the
workers from outside United Kingdom. The workers coming in to UK for the job has to
demonstrate about the job offer from the employer and should speak in English. On the other
hand , the Sumption, & Kierans, (2019) stated that the workers from EU were allowed to work
in United Kingdom and there was no restriction regarding the work but imposed restriction
regarding the requirement of the UK skilled worker visa for the Eu workers relocating in UK for
work and in the absence of the visa, the workers will be deported to their home countries.

From the above project it has been analysed that the overall experience was good in order
to understand concept of Brexit which is trending for now-a-day. Research helped me to expands
my knowledge base in order to build credibility. In this project I have used my critical thinking
in order to attend the concept of Brexit so that it helps to determine academic learning with the
help of literature review, also it builds the personal interest to complete the project. Moreover, on
the basis of data analysis it has been analysed that this help to deep learning and more focus on
Brexit. References are used in this project which help to understand the concept and it is the
proof that the data and information used in the project is not copied that is why I have used
citation in the project. Also, it fosters the critical thinking and analytical skills through hands on
learning by defining the personal and career development interest. Then to enhance the
