Reason behind selecting this topic is to bring the concern about this issue which are
businesses facing. Information regarding the Brexit will enable the organization to develop or
prepare their company's resources in order to deal with it. Information regarding this will help
the businesses to streamline their resources or to fulfil their vacant job places that are left by the
EU workers (Billarant, 2019). This topic has the good opportunity which allows the new
businesses to plan accordingly in order to prevent from negative impact of the Brexit.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Theme 1: Concept of Brexit regarding retail industry
As per the view of van den Berg and et.al., (2018) Brexit influence performance of retail
industry because of delay in supply of goods and services and face issues from product
transportation. Europe and British country mainly consider providing and transporting their good
and services with same process and combine methods. But when Brexit enter it directly
influences various factors like unemployment, difficulties in transportation, influence stability of
economic condition of UK and many more. Because when it comes Europe and British company
both not perform their tasks and supply or transportation activity together. Variation in
government laws and polices badly affects on performance of supply chain activity. So retail
industry has responsibility to provide services to customer within in time with effective manner.
Qi, B., Costin and Jia, (2020) establish that retail industry supply chain process and
transportation not only influence and affects from the dispute in two country. Thus, its also
influence from soon decision-making soon. Information and calm way of information
distribution is major important term, knowing such concept its important that Europe and Britain
country focuses towards with the appropriate decision-making wit application and consideration
of government decisions as well. Also, from the expansion of new approach its easier to create
new decision and identification of appropriate employees as well.
Theme 2: Analysis of the impact of Brexit over the supply chain of organization

chain management and export activity highly influence from the involvement of Brexit and its
policies and from disputes because Europe and British companies export their goods and services
with together. But from variation in government decisions, argument in both the countries badly
affects on transportation activities.
Wójcik, (2021) established that performance of supply chain of organization mainly
affects from the variation in transportation process because Britain and Europe believes in
provide transportation with free of extra charges and both the country consider providing
employee and develop easier supply chain process. Therefore, UK economic stability will also
get affects from the engagement of Brexit because of its government policies but according to
author review they analyse and considered that it provide multiple benefits as well. It develops
freedom in supply, not essential to involve and makes decision with other country government
rule and decision maker involvement and many more.
Theme 3: Assess the strategies for reducing the Brexit impact over the organizational
functionality.
As per the view of Fernandes and Winters, (2021) Brexit impacts organizational functionality in
terms of delay in supply of goods, transportation delivery of products and services, new
resource's requirement, application of new policies which prepares and develop by government
and many more. From the identification of this term its very essential that country concern and
engage some appropriate techniques for manages supply chain management task. Because
without effective supply chain management it impacts on customer performance towards with
the product and services. Satisfaction of customer needs is major important aspect. One major
strategy is both the company has to develop consideration and distribution of employment. Its
beneficial to build and create good relation. Government has to build consideration towards with
relaxation in government transportation policy.
According to Samitas, Polyzos and Siriopoulos, (2018) argue that supply chain
management effectiveness can be possible when Brexit when comes and develop different
government policies on retail industry its important term that it consider appropriate and
effective tools and resources for transportation with application of government policies. Stability
and efficiency in quality defiantly gives best and most sustainable results. Because when
customer get attract with their quality they to have believes in spend more money so it will be
managed cost of transportation as well. Brexit mainly believe sin provide goods and services
policies and from disputes because Europe and British companies export their goods and services
with together. But from variation in government decisions, argument in both the countries badly

with great manner which means new tariff policies, increase employment at Europe which is
useful for economic stability and many more.
As per the view of Mullen, Alexander and Coates, (2019) customer goods manufacturing
industries has multiple responsibilities to engagement of raw material from best suppler and
quality to distribution and delivery of goods to customer. From the activity of two counties
Brexit when it considers that they develop new government policies on transportation which is
useful for new areas and sources identification of transportation because it provides employee to
Europe industry which is very essential term for powerful economic stability.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGIES
Research type:
Research is the effective process, which entails the gathering of data, this data further
analysed, interpret by considering the academic discipline. It can be done by using approach
which are qualitative and quantitative. Where qualitative research strategy define as market
research approach in which the data is collected from the open source, where the different
sources are questionnaire, interviews etc. on the other hand quantitative research usually
emphasizes the numerical data, in which the data is present in the form of numbers, or
mathematical calculation, data is collected from the polls, surveys, questionnaire. To complete
this research study analyst will carry out the qualitative research strategy over quantitative
because, it is highly flexible. With this research analyst will easily observe the changing
behaviour of the participants.
Research philosophy:
It is the phenomena of collecting or arranging the data in a order so it can be used for completing
the research study. It further divides in two parts which are interpritivism and positivism.
Interpritivis research philosophy refers as in which the researcher gains the knowledge about the
world, interpritivist believes that individual is the one who designs the social world. In this
philosophy mode research study is mainly based on what researcher feels and what their interest
are, data in this method are very close to truth as well as contains the valid or verifiable
information. Positivism philosophy mainly depends on the quantifiable observation which
involves the statistical analysis. In this it is the belief that social world shapes the individual
behaviour. For completing the study researcher will carry out the interpritivis research approach
useful for economic stability and many more.

behaviour. For completing the study researcher will carry out the interpritivis research approach
because it begins with the qualitative data and also the reason for not selecting the positivism due
to its inflexibility.
Research approach:
It is the approach in which the data is arranged or organized by using the tools and techniques for
interpreting the data. It usually involves the two factors which are inductive and deductive.
Inductive research approach refers as to begin with the Theories and observation in order to carry
out the good research outcomes. In this approach the data is analysed by creation of the new
theory (Cabras, 2019). Deductive research approach usually embedded with the scientific
investigation or linked with the quantitative data approach, in this the analysis of the data is
based on the existing theory. It is like developing a hypothesis which concentrates the existing
theory. Thus, for this research analyst will carry out the inductive research approach, as it is not
bounded with the time so researcher will prepare the research with time flexibility.
Research design:
Designing of the research involves the techniques and methods that are chosen by the
researcher to develop the suitable framework for the study. It further divided in the two parts
which are Descriptive or exploratory research design. Descriptive research design refer as to
develop the understanding with the theory, it involves the researcher's interest to explain the
research study topic. Whereas exploratory research design define as to further explore the
research topic for good understanding or to accomplish the better research outcomes. In which
researcher use their ideas and knowledge to extend the study (Egan, 2019). Exploratory research
will be carry out by the researcher to complete the topic, as it involves the elaboration of the
unexplored areas which can be useful for the study.
Data collection:
It is the method of collecting the data from the different sources, researcher or marketer
conducts the surveys, interviews to connect the lead for initiating their research process. It can be
carried out by the two methods which are primary and the other one is secondary data collection.
Primary method refer as to gather the information from the open communication or interaction
with the participants, in which the data sources are interviews, direct communication,
questionnaire, surveys etc. On the other hand secondary data refer as to collect it from the
existing sources such as books and journals, website or from the someone else (Crowley, Exton

will help the analyst to fill the gap in the research by analysing the factual and relevant data.
Sampling:
Sampling define as Selection method in which the group or individual are selected from
the large audiences for the measurement. In which the sample is the representative of the
population. It can be done with two methods which are probability and non probability sampling.
Probability also known as random sampling in which the selected sample have the equal
opportunity to share their view and opinion. Non probability sampling is different from it in
which the sample is selected with certain use of the biases, means there is a less probability of
equal chance for the sample people to convey their views. In this research study researcher will
select the 15 random employees from the Tesco organization for questionnaire round, as to ask
them about what are their views over the Brexit effect on their company's supply chain.
Data analysis:
This is defined as to analyse the information for producing the good research result. It is the
systematic approach of applying the tools and techniques for processing the data. It is further
explained with the two factors that are thematic and statistical data analysis. Thematic approach
associates with the qualitative data, in which the reading can be done through the large data sets.
It is used for obtaining the main pattern from the data (Bailey Driffield and Kispeter, 2019).
Whereas Statistical data refer as to use the statistical tools or operations to analyse the
quantitative data, but in this method there is no such study of the phenomenon nature because it
can't express by the quantitative approach. To carrying out this research study analyst will prefer
the thematic data analysis over the statistical because Thematic will give the good flexibility to
interpret the data.
Ethical consideration:
Ethical factors in research allows the researcher to complete the study without any hurdles. It is
the set of rules and regulation that must need to follow in order to maintain the dignity of the
research study. It is important for the researcher to maintain the confidentiality of the participants
or to secure their privacy from being out or leak (Pryce, Nielsen and McCabe, 2019). In this
study analyst will provide the consent form to the participants which consists of all the rules and
regulation, it will show the willingness of the participants to be part of the show. Further, move
will help the analyst to fill the gap in the research by analysing the factual and relevant data.

Reliability and validity
Its essential that research project expansion has power to provide reliable information.
Expansion of this research makes clarity because it prepares from the application of author
reviews. Literature themes clarify each and every segment of this research which is beneficial for
long term. And also expansion of this research researcher mainly focuses towards with the data
collection from the last 5 years data because it provides recent information which is useful for
identification of more information and reliable decision-making process (Branston, Arnott and
Gallagher, 2021). This research is reliable because of appropriate data collection and essential
sources identification and mainly questioner process involvement. And this research is useful for
long term as well because from the application of essential sources, authors review and
perception, and application of appropriate methods of research makes more clarity of long term
application of this project. Consideration of appropriate terms and aspects makes clarity to
develop right sources which has power to build substantiality in research development process.
On the other hand validity makes clarity that this research is valid or not so it means its
valuables for identification of appropriate approach of not. In this project research researcher
consider primary research where they decide to engage appropriate and reliable question to
stakeholder because they do have power and idea abut specific terms of industry performance
influence from which factors. So this research is valid because of perfect and realistic collection
of data from authors and experts guidance because they do have appropriate knowledge.
This term mainly refers to utilize for the identification of appropriate and effective
methods of research of project has power to provide realistic information or not. It makes more
clarity that this research has power and potential to provide sustainable results or not. Because,
without having idea about this term not influence efficiency in research activity.
Limitation
From the application of appropriate effective research technique is values and its makes
more consistency in idea generation and decision-making process. But collection of knowledge
and information is not easier task it requires management of various aspects (Lavery, Quaglia,
and Dannreuther, 2019). Major limitation and corns of this research identification is employee
engagement and financial aspects. Idea abut this term that it affects on expansion of research is
this work is self done by the analyst and it is not copied from other.
Reliability and validity
Its essential that research project expansion has power to provide reliable information.
Expansion of this research makes clarity because it prepares from the application of author

Idea abut this term that it affects on expansion of research is
important to consider them. Employee engagement towards with the research is not easier task
because multiple participators not consider providing information and gives appropriate and
realistic information to researcher. Without consideration of proper answer makes difficulties
and it has possibility to take wrong decision as well from wrong data.
Knowledge about this term make sure research develop motivation tools and develop
security in information analyse process so individual provide different information what they
think about specific research. Also, this research influence from lack of money of financial
stability because organization has no power to spend higher charge and cost on research because
its survives from various issues. Therefore, idea about this term make sure management concern
towards with issues because research require cost of right and important resource availability.
This research influence and affects from various aspects so knowledge about this term make sure
they do concern towards with the appropriate methods which can be possibles within in few
costs. Not only these activities or limitations affects on researcher decision-making process.
Researcher research questioner also require effectiveness and good language which can be
understood by anyone. Having right and easier questioner makes more profound result because
participator can easily understand, and they provide effective answers as well.
RESEARCH PLAN
Application of this term is useful for proper identification of timeline structure
development because it makes clarity and consistency in project activity. Consideration of proper
idea about task makes clear idea about performing tasks and completion of project. From the
proper identification of months makes idea about which activity takes higher time so its require
to develop concern and manage overall project completion within specific timeline which is
essential term for mange multiple aspects of project (Jessop, 2018). Research methodology and
data evaluation takes higher time because of efficiency expansion and appropriate collection of
data. So from the consideration about this term makes sure researcher of the project evaluate and
