INTRODUCTION
Brexit is the particular process and it is a name which is used when the united kingdom
sets departure form the European Union. During that time there are various laws and regulations
which needs to addressed by the government in a systematic manner. Negotiations was also held
between two parties (Charlson, 2020). The new relationship is also been formed between UK and
EU. The report aims to analyse about understanding the Brexit transition period. On the other
hand, in this report there will be brief discussion about different laws and regulations which
needs to be complied by the European Union. Along with that, the main evaluation in this report
how the UK and EU got back their independence. For further instance, there are multiple
changes which needs to addressed and there are new laws which is established in the Brexit
Transition Period. The region can make new laws and per their values which they want to
establish in the future.

The European Union has made different laws and regulations which is been implemented
in order to follow the trade practices. Brexit is the term which we called an exit of the United
Kingdom from the European Union. United kingdom can do their business and commence
multiple operations as per their needs (Deglas, Luxembourg, and Lambion, 2020). In the
European Union the trade practices are bind together there is a freedom of moving the goods and
services to fulfil the needs of various regions. European Union helps the United Kingdom
economy to become more more structured in every manner. There are various trade practices
which is carried out systematically and the economy will see an efficient growth over a period
of time. There are different discussions which is been made while establishing this particular
law. The European Union is actively engaged in different practices which is been known as trade
reforms.
Parliamentary sovereignty is the legal authority which decided whether the law is
established and fulfilled by the individuals. This is the main structure of the united kingdom
fundamental Laws. The supreme legal authority recites in the hands of European Union.
