They include many stories that while they might differ each time due to being passed down for so long, they all seem to give lifelike qualities to animals and inanimate objects. While the fablesoften use unreal elements in their stories, it is believed that not all of Aesop’s Fables are actually from Aesop. It is interesting to know Aesop’s Fables to see how many lessons have been passed down from age to age. Aesop’s Fables, while not necessarily true stories or from Aesop, are told from generation to generation to help teach a lesson. Aesop’s Fables might be very popular because kids might be more interested hearing their parent tell them about a story about an owl and a grasshopper than being scolded and told what to do. When you are hearing these stories as a kid you are more than likely more interested in hearing an animal speak but as you get older you can relate more of the stories to real life situations between people.Aesop’s Fables are all relatively short, so they are easier to remember and retell later on. Aesop’s Fables gives us a look into what life was like for those who lived in Ancient Greece.
