Outline of work
The project will be conducted as outlined below.
Two hours training session to middle management on current needs.
A presentation will be created which will run for one hour.
There will be a brainstorming session post presentation which is meant for improving outcomes of the
management based on learned lessons from presentation.
Training session's outcome report will be prepared and submitted to all the trainees within 7 days.
Fees and payment terms
The following fees apply:

Note fees not included in this proposal are as follows:
Travel expenses are not included as it will be advised later on.
Payment terms

Skill requirements changes for getting success in two different conditions that is managing a virtual team and
managing a physically present team. Both these conditions require different set of skills.
Managing virtual team requires dealing with technological barriers, time differences, cultural differences and
remoteness. Here, the workshop involves creating a virtual team, meeting conduction, overcoming challenges,
utilising appropriate tools of communication and dealing with inefficiency. These are the required skills in order
become a mindful leader.
