The name of business is Worlducation.
Worlducation is founded in 2016 and it is a social start-up which
is mainly focusing on manufacturing tablet computers for primary
school students. The focus of this start-up is not only limited to
the hardware as they are also creating software, activities and
content for the better education and engagement of primary
school students. The aim of the start-up is to change the way
students learn with the help of implementing artificial intelligence
technology in school. It also envisions a world in which each and
every child is able to read and write so that a world becomes
literate (Elder and Paul, 2020). This is the reason that day of
focusing on selling their product to each classroom and
sometimes they are donating to those who are not able to afford
the same technology and train a classroom accordingly. The
vision of this company is to see a world without illiteracy.
My job role is manager who has a responsibility to manage the
tasks and activities of organisation.

Three risks involved in
It is important to know that company is facing many issues due
to the pandemic situation. It is identified that Worlducation
started with a huge sage in Portugal's schools in 2020 and it was
founded it was a great start but the rest of the quarter was highly
certain because of COVID-19 (Paul and Elder, 2019). It is
identified that the pandemic provided surprising new leads and
unprecedented growth with enough production and operation
problems. It is found that due to the pandemic, the company is
shipped 500 tablets only in April which day expected to 2000
tablets. In addition to this, there was a High tension between
Hong Kong and mainland China as which added much
uncertainty (Harti and Agoestanto, 2019). There was a heavy
decrease in the profit due to disruption of the manufacturing
process and that's why the required solutions by management.
Management already considering some important options for the
solution.
There are many stakeholders are identified which are related to
the issue of Worlducation. It is important to note that
stakeholders are playing a crucial role in the issues. It is found
that internal as well as external stakeholders are associated with
the issue. Stakeholders include employees, owners, clients or
customers, suppliers, competitors, government, etc. It is found
