By solving human resource issues: Human resource issues are solved by selection, recruitment,
remuneration, providing health & workplace safety.
Networks: There are number of persons who help in gathering & reviewing information such as
experts, human resource practitioners, team leaders, research & development staff and training
staff.
Information source: It is necessary to choose appropriate method of collecting information. Method
is chosen on the basis of such factors like when & where data will be collected, what kind of analysis
need to be done before collecting data, who will participate and how data will be analysed.
Relevant research strategy: Relevant research strategy can be adopted by the following options like
interviews, surveys, observation, experiments and websites.
Review research findings: Findings can be reviewed by descriptive analysis and descriptive statistics.
In descriptive analysis, information is collected in detail and is explained whenever required. Process
is described by mathematical calculation in descriptive statistics.
