Resource services.
1. Human Resource s strategy
a. Explain the objectives of strategic Human Resource s plans and the steps in
the strategic Human Resource s planning process. Your response should be
approximately 150 to 200 words.
Human Resource strategy is mainly formed to create and develop strong workforce
for the organisation.
Need of strategic plan:
Every organisation needs strategic HR plan because without planning no implication
of HR strategy will be able to implement or executed. This strategic plan will guide
the company to move in specific direction towards the achievement of goal or
objectives.
Steps in the strategic Human Resource planning process
1) Assessing the Current HR capability is the first step which means company
should ensure that they have strong HR team.
2) Forecasting the requirement of Human Resource and HR team will, identify the if
they need more employees to work.
3) Assessment of supply of Human Resource, so they can get the talented
employees for the work.
4) Matching the demand and supply
For determination of HR need HR team have to consult:
For understanding the Human Resource requirements, HR have consult to
management or different departments of the company. This consultation will enable
the HR to analyse the actual requirement of different department. It is also to be
noted that consultation with different departments will help the HR to analyse the
actual requirement of workforce so that by appointing the individual it can meet these
needs.
b. Explain the relationship between Human Resource s strategies and business
and operational plans. Your response should be approximately 200-250
words.

HR strategies plays an important role in the achievement of the goals and objectives
of the company. Without appropriate HR strategy no company will be able to achieve
its goal or move towards the direction of accomplishment of vision and mission, since
every company have goal in the form of raising of sales and profit percentage so HR
strategies are the base upon which these goals can be achieved (Su and
Berardocco, 2018). Since vision and mission statement are the end result that is
being expected by the company and for the achievement of these HR strategies
plays an important role. This can also be understood as if the strategy of HR is
related to training and development then it will play a direct role in the achievement of
organisational objective in the form of building efficient workforce. Similarly, HR
strategy in the form of taking actions regarding raising employee's motivation will
again help the organisation in the direction of moving towards its goals that includes
raising of productivity and level of performance of employees so that company's
performance and level of sales and profit will again. HR strategy will give direction
that will lead the company towards the goal or mission and vision.
