INTRODUCTION
HR processes refers to the different types of methods and techniques which can be used
by the HR managers of the organizations so that they are able to make sure that the overall
efficiency and effectiveness level can be enhanced by them in the right manner so that the
different types of goals and objectives in the future can be attained in the right manner (Canedo
and et.al., 2017). The use of all of such processes will be made in a proper manner so that the HR
managers can ensure that the overall level of efficiency and effectiveness can be increased. Thus
in this way it will be helpful for the HR managers for ensuring that they can manage their work
in the right manner. This report will focus on Plan2go. It is an organization which is thinking
about framing its HR policies in such a manner so that it is able to manage its work in the right
manner effectively and efficiently in the future. In this report, detailed focus will be made on
Team Briefing. Additionally, Critical reflection will also be made as a part of this particular
assignment.
PART 1
Task 1
Plan2go's HR department has to make sure that the use of appropriate HR policies and
procedures can be made so that the HR department is able to apply the appropriate techniques
and methods so that the overall goals and objectives can be attained in the right manner (Cascio
and Graham, 2016). Thus the HR managers of Plan2go have to make sure that they prepare the
documentation which is appropriate for ensuring that the Staff Induction can be covered in the
right manner. For this purpose, the development of handouts will be made to be given to the
meeting members of the Induction process.
The handouts which will be given to these meeting members are as follows-

As you all know that Plan2go is recruiting new people in the organization and for that it
has to make sure that we all are able to carry out their induction process in a highly smooth
manner. This will be quite helpful in ensuring that the different types of goals and objectives
related to the induction process can be attained in the right manner. You all are required to
consider the following while inducting new people in the company-
