Welcome to the meeting. We all are pleased to announce to you that our
organization Plan2go has successfully inducted several new people within
the company. Thus these new people will be able to ensure that they can
contribute towards the success of our organization through the use of their
different types of skills in the right manner. We as the senior members of the
HR team are required to make sure that we can make them comfortable in
the organization.

We all are required to ensure that we can ensure the use of the following techniques and methods-
Mode of communication- Communication is an important feature in the organizations and it is quite
essential that its use is made appropriately so that the firms are able to make sure that they can
ensure the proper flow of information effectively and efficiently. We as the members of HR
department of the organization will be required to make sure that we can make the use of following
modes of communication-
Formal communication- In this mode, the communication is done through the use of a hierarchical
framework and the flow of information takes place correctly. We can make sure that we
communicate with the people through this framework but it will take a lot of time as there are a lot
of formalities which are involved in it.
