INTRODUCTION
Change management plan refers to organizing those activities which are being used for
managing and controlling while executing any kind of project. This plan ensures the control in
budget, scope, communication and the resources to adopt the change (Rajan and Ganesan, 2017).
With the help of this plan the impact of change can be minimized on the business as well as other
important stakeholders. Samson Media, LLC is a publisher of magazines related to trendy
fashion and linked with different brand who use magazines to promote their product. The
company has planned to make transformation change through making use of digital format to sell
its magazines to its customers. This report will evaluate the overview of current situation and
objectives of the Samson media. The human resource policies and the procedures that are used in
company against strategic objectives. Further the external environment analysis is done to
analysis the trends and the impacts. The change management plan will be developed with
communication and education plan.

Samson media is an organization used to publish its magazines including the latest trends
of fashion in the market (Cooper and Sommer, 2018). The company is doing joined to different
companies who are providing fashionable clothes and want to promote by use of magazines.
There most of the reader are in the age group of 35 to 55 year of women's. The company is
facing issue of loss of its potential customers from last two years as the competition has been
increased in the market. The competitors are using modern techniques to promote their products.
So the profit is also reduced by 20 percentage and by this also lead to decrease in market share.
The company has appointed new CEO to improve the situation as Amir is well-known for its
business in digital media.
Objective and strategic change
Samson media is making efforts for achievement of its objective to increase the
organizational profit and revenue by making use of digital technology to reach the customers
(Ziersen, Clauson-Kaas and Rasmussen, 2017). The strategic change require the aligment of the

management the technology, political and culture aspects are been updated in this. The company
is selling its magazines by stores but to sustain in the market the company is making change that
will support Samson to grab maximum number of customers and to increase its market share.
The transformational change will change the way to sell and product by digital technology. This
change is necessary to sustain in the market for long-term because people are more preferring
digital tool to purchase the product. The digital format is now trendy and to overcome from the
loss in past years Samson have to implement the strategic change.
Human resources policies, procedure against strategic objectives The Samson is having its
human resource policies that involve recruitment process of employees, selection and giving
needed induction to them, termination process is also included in this (Schallock and et. al.,
2018). The HR managers not frame any kind of development programmes for the potential
employees to provide them the latest skill and knowledge that will help company to improve
productivity and enhance individual performance. The objectives of company are to sell the
product with the help of digital techniques and for that they must need talented and skilled
employees. Workers should also have the knowledge to operate with the digital format that

have to change its operation activities to meet the need of its buyer if the Samson not able to
