INTRODUCTION
Change management is referred as a method and way in which companies and
implements change in internal and external processes. Change management consist preparing
and supporting employees, establishing important steps for having change and monitoring pre
and post change activities to have successful implementation. It basically comprises processes,
tools and methods that are used to manage individual side of change and achieve planned
business outcomes. Change management basically focus on helping employees to adapt and
utilize changes in their workplace. Change management could be considered both as a process
and a competency. This report is based on change management project plan of Samson media
staff. This report includes change management presentation, email, change management plan,
communication and education plan along with its conclusion.

Samson media basically published magazine as per the current trends and fashion of the
market. This organisation joined to other organisations who also providing the latest trendy
fashionable cloths wish to promote their products in this magazine. The main concerned to
promote their products in this magazine is that organisation will reach most of the people like 35
to 55 years’ age group people, mostly women. Organisation is facing loss of potential customers
from two years because of the high competition. Competitors are utilising the modern techniques
for promotion that is the main reason to faced loss of twenty percent and also reduce the market
share of the Samson media. The CEO of the organisation try to improve the situation (Hayes,
2018).

Samson media continuously making some specific efforts to accomplish its objectives to
enhance the profit of the organisation with the help of digital technologies so that organisation
easily reach the massive number of customers. Some strategic changes are required for the
management and technologies so that organisation easily meet the political & cultural aspects.
The main work of organisation is selling magazine from the various resources like stores, shops
and mall but to keep good position in the market, organisation need to do some changes so that
Samson media increase their market share (Cameron and Green, 2019). Change is necessary to
sustain in the market for longer period of time. through digital tools and technologies,
organisation will easily overcome all the losses and implement the strategic changes for the
development of the organisation.
HR Policies & Procedure against the Strategic Objectives -
Samson media have some HR policies and procedures that mainly involved in the
recruitment and selection & termination process. All the employees should aware about the
usage of the latest digital technologies. To meet the requirements of the objectives organisation
should need to develop specific HR policies and procedures that can help in the development of
the employees and also aid in their career development so that all the employees will feel
motivated and give their best contribution in the growth of the organisation (Hayes, 2018).
External Environment Analysis
The explanation about the external environment analysis as per the Samson media is
discussed below-
Political Factors - This factor consider the government policies, political stabilities,
corruption, foreign trade policies, trade restrictions and tax policies etc. government
continuously made various laws and regulations that directly influence the performance
of the Samson media. Sometimes laws provide the positive impact on organisation
working (Cameron and Green, 2019). Economic Factors – Some elements include in this factors such as income, inflation, tax
rates, saving rates, interest rate. These factors affect the performance of Samson media
because due to inflation, people not even use those products that are expensive so that
organisation stopped the printing & distribution process and start adopt the digital
