INTRODUCTION
As leaders creates lead innovative thinking and practice in terms of drivers shaping in a specific
work surrounding. Managers could use innovative thinking as well as practice is related to
advance learning and business processes which contributes to company’s strategies, business
plans as well as business goals (Barak and Yuan, 2021) . This report is based on lead innovative
thinking and practice of case study of student behaviour and wellbeing which is divided in three
assessments. This report includes three assessments firstly it includes written questions,
innovation promotion project secondly and lastly it includes physical environment project along
with its conclusion.

ASSESSMENT 1
Compare and contrast one current and one past theories and thinking about innovation.
There are various theories of innovation which are as follows:
Diffusion theory:
This theory of innovation relates in identifying various factors which influences rate of adaption
of an innovation (Franco and DeLuca, 2019). According to this theory there are main aspects
which affects distribution of new ideas or innovation are in timescale, communication as well as
social systems. This theory helps in leading to innovation and adoption of company. It defines as
change is a process not an event, change is achieved by individuals.
Technology acceptance theory:
This theory helps in having information systems theory which involves how users come to accept
and use a technology. It focuses on how innovation is perceived by potential adapter which are
related by ease.
These theories are interlinked with each other and states that innovation is a part of
businesses. There are various elements and components according to which innovation is carried
in businesses which leads to have innovation.

Explanation of practical application of theories and thinking on innovation and creativity
to workplace.
There are various practical applications which could be applied in businesses of innovation
and creativity to workplace. As some of theories are diffusion theory as well as technology
acceptance theory by which various innovative ideas could be generated in business in order to
have effectiveness as well as profitability of company could be highly enhanced.
Discuss how leadership styles could impact on innovation in companies.
Leadership refers to a method by which an executive could direct, guide as well as influence
behaviour and work of others members towards achievement of specific goals in a provided
situation. Leadership is the ability of a manager to induce the subordinates to work with
confidence and zeal (Ergasheva, 2021) . There are leadership styles which could create impact on
innovation in companies which are as follows:
Innovation has always played an important element in advancing quality of businesses.
On a management level, innovation cannot succeed without fully present leadership. In
company’s economy, businesses could only be effective if they have well thought-
process strategies as well as strong execution.
Technical innovation helps in creation of new goods as well as services and typically
occur through research and development efforts which are intended to satisfy demanding
customers who are always searching for new, better, faster as well as cheaper products.
Discussion of how industry within which a company operates may impact innovation at
work.
There are results which shows as well as determines that innovation has created a positive and
significant effect on employment. Innovation helps in increasing growth rate in businesses as
well as accomplishments of goals and objectives of company. As innovation is creating a wide
impact on working of employees as well as on work.
As new technologies innovation is more diffuse into different economy. Due to this
digitalisation, machines as well as tools become increasingly able to perform operations that
previously only workforce could perform (Li, Zhang, and Ma, 2020). Production processes as
well as companies are changing, new products, services and business models emerge. These
trends have essential implications for European labour markets.
