All staff attend an orientated where there are educated onthe expectations of Calvary. The resource for the organisations objectives,values and standards can be found on the intranet, website, pamphlets andposters around the hospital. Organization’s objectives, values and standardsare to cater to patient’s health goals.Calvary also has a strong set of values which are Stewardship, Healing,Respect and Hospitality.2.Using your organisation’s mission, vision and values statement (orequivalent document) as a reference, identify links to broadercompany objectives.Broader company objectives for Calvary Health Care comprises off cateringto patient’s healthcare objectives and goals.Vision statement comprises of caring for vulnerable patient’s and end of lifecare.Values of the organization consists of 12,000 staffs with volunteers thatincludes 15 Public and Private Hospitals.
