It is advantageous when there are employees who have come from another
country and does not have the written proficiency in the particular language of the
country then verbal reporting is quite easy. But not having the quality to write a
report is not so advantageous too.
3) If the receiver does not have any records for further checking of the information
given over verbal reporting then it can make some serious problems in future
where in case of the written report there is always a chance of keeping the proper
record.
4) The oral report can be delivered in a short period of time whereas in the case of
the written report there need to be a sufficient amount of time to make it properly.
5) In case of the written report if some edit is required then it can be done but in case
of verbal reporting, this is impossible cause once the words are uttered then it can
never be reversed (Keydifferences.com . 2019).
6) In case of verbal reporting, the misinterpretation is always possible cause over the
phone it is really not possible to understand the facial impression, as well as the
eye contact along with body language, is quite impossible but when the reports
are written then the chance of misinterpretation is really less.
7) The advantageous part of verbal reporting is the instant feedback of the report
which can be gained then and there but in case of written reports; the procedure
takes sufficient amount of time so the instant feedback is not possible.
8) The written report or written document help in represent the organisation along
with the increase of goodwill by using invitations, greeting cards and thank you
cards but in case of verbal documentation all these things are not possible and the
verbal reporting does not have the same assurance like written ones
(Keydifferences.com . 2019).

The three parts are as follows.
Specific methodology: Kaizen's method is nothing but a set of mindset and practices. In the

responding really quick to the employees, keeping visible ideas, work in collaboration for a
new idea implementation (Liu 2015).
Leadership: the role of leadership is part of Kaizen's method. The assumption, mindsets and
beliefs of the leaders are always needed to be taken in measure. There is not a continuous
improvement if there is no strong leadership along with specific methodology. The leaders
are required to believe that the employees have the ability to improve in meaningful
opportunities. The chance of success increases when the leaders are nurtured and taught with
the formal approach of leadership.
Supporting technology: supporting technology is the third part of Kaizen's method. The
