INTRODUCTION
Business is referred to as that entity which undertakes the commercial activity in order to
generate maximum revenue and profits. It is important for an individual to come up with a plan
which must include the goals of the business, methods used to attain it and the time period within
which the business goals can be achieved. It is very important to measure the performance of the
business as measuring the performance is an important part to ensure progress and growth of the
business (Rathore and Agrawal, 2020). Performance measuring entails checking actual
performance with the plan as it helps in protecting the business from any organisational or
financial problems. The business plan for this report is Wheelyzz, an organic fast food business
at the location of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. This report will cover the series of
questions which relates to monitoring performance and responding to the performance data.
TASK
1. Communication of business plan to relevant parties and details included in the communication
in terms of performance requirements and time frames.
Whenever a business plan is formulated, it is important that it is being communicated to
the relevant parties so that they get to know the information regarding it. Whenever a plan is
being made, it is important that it is communicated to the supervisors, team leaders, employees
and other stakeholders so that the work is done as per the plan and every individual is aware
about it (Nikolskaya and et. al., 2019). The present business plan is going to be delivered to the
following stakeholders which are illustrated below- Employees- The manager of Wheelyzz is going to communicate the business plan to
employees via distributing the written copies of plan to them so that they can get to know
what activities are scheduled for them and how they are going to implement it.
Details- The workers shall get details about their roles and repsonsibilities so that they can work
according to the set plan. For instance, in marketing team is required to promote the business so
that the sales can be increased and profits can be maximised. The time allotted to employees for
attracting customers are 3 months. Another role of employees is to reduce the wastage and
maximise full utilisation of resources in order to bring sustainability. Supervisors- The manager of Wheelyzz is required to communicate the plan to the
supervisors through scheduling the group information sessions so that the supervisors of

each department are given their set of plan and they can work accordingly as per the set
plan.
Details- For instance, the supervisors shall get the details of each of their employees and their
responsibilities so that they can monitor their performance as per the plan and give assistance as
and when required. For example, supervisors have the role to monitor the performance of
employees and check whether their work is going as per the plan or not. They have the time
period of 3 months. The supervisor of food and beverage department has to overlook the cooking
and see whether there is minimum waste and the supervisor of marketing unit shall oversee the
marketing activities and their result. Investors- They are required to get the details of the business plan through using the
technology like web conferencing so that they can get knowledge of their funds which is
being allocated for each set of activity.
Details- The investors shall get the details about the budget which is being set so that they can
get know about the minute details regarding their funds. Further the investors will get the
knowledge of how the business is performing as they will get the report of finance after every
quarter (Williams Jr, 2018).
2. What are the skilled labour requirements in the organisation to implement the business plan?
Provide an overview of skilled labour in each department.
There are many task and activity which cannot be performed by the existing staff so
business is required to recruit the new skilled staff so that they can completely the specialised
activities. The present business is based upon organic fast food which requires skilled staff right
from agriculture to the food and beverage department as the business involves self growing of
organic crops. It is important to have the skilled staff in the organisation so that the business plan
can be implemented effectively (Li and et. al., 2020). The following are the skilled labour
required in each department which are discussed below-
