1 Describe the organisation you are basing this project on.
1.1 What is the name of the organisation?
Name of the organisation is the Worlducation which is a social start up.
1.2 What does the organisation do?
Worlducation is one of the organizations which is dealing in tablets computers for purpose of students of
primary school. It is not only aimed at the hardware but also it is focusing on the competitive team
creating software, activities and content in order to educate and engage the students. This organization
aims to make changes in the ways in which children learn new things in the school with the
implementation of artificial intelligence to be followed in the progress of the child and also it ensure
adjustments in needs as these students learn and also create a different optimal path for purpose of
enhancing the learning experience.
1.3 What are the key functions and activities of the team you will manage the personal and
professional development for?
There are different types of activities and functions of the team to be managed by me of the employees
for purpose of ensuring the personal and professional development. These activities and functions
includes organisation skills for managing the different zoom calls and maintaining positive customer
relationship. I also manage the activities of team to for dealing with the emotional clients and also for
managing anxiety in the context to the increased workload. I also manage the attention details of the
employees and also need to develop digital advertising skills.
1.4 What are the organisational goals or objectives (at least three)?
 The goal of the Worlducation is to increase the reach of the business with the increasing the
product and service range offered to reach to large target market and also increase sales by
increasing the donation to the needy classroom.
 To build deeper customer relationships by adopting customer-cantered practices and
strengthening the skills of people.
 To attract and engage with the best staff who allow the business to focus on their customer
service.
