Change management
Any change which has been made to schedule should be introduced in accordance with
cooperation shown amidst Project manager and project team with CEO
The changes must be duly discussed within meetings along with the probable issues that
they incorporate within them.
The issues should be entered in the Issue Register document and thereafter shared with
project team members
Cost management
The project needs to be carried out in accordance with the budget. This is why it is
important to develop a Cost Management Plan which lays down policy, procedure and
documentation for keeping a control over the cost of project. The cost management process will
thus be maintained all throughout the project so that the cost does not exceed the allotted funds.
Risk management
The project team should develop a risk management plan which should be discussed with
CEO.
This risk management plan should also be duly communicated to all the stakeholder
groups once in every 15 days.
Each and every project risk should be entered in the risk register so as to effectively
tackle them in a timely manner.

CONCLUSION
Project management is a complex process which requires constant coordination between
the project manager and the project team. Also, it has been identified that none of the changes
can be actually introduced and implemented by the project manager and/or the team without
approval from the CEO. In addition to this, it has been analysed that the efforts of the project
manager and project team are always aligned towards the completion of a project within the
given budget in the predefined time frame.
