INTRODUCTION
Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, implementing and controlling
of the entire work. Therefore, it assist work team in order to meet the defined aim and objectives
at specified time. Further, the current study is based upon the case study of Max Lionel reality
who wants to build the customer goodwill and for that it have to satisfy the legal and ethical
