TASK SUMMARY
In the role Marketing Coordinator of a fictitious company, you will review a case study, meet with the
Operations Manager to discuss the required project and develop a project scope document and
project management plan.
Native Bush Spices Australia
Project Scope
To be completed for all projects.
The scope of this project is to increase the sales of Native Food Species, increase brand awareness
of Native Bush Spices and to develop a new website of Native Bush Spices. The questions which
need to evaluate in the meeting are:
1. What would be the overall budget?
2. Would the project be finished on time?
3. What are the different regulatory compliances for this project?
4. Meeting with team member
The meeting with the team members involves discussion of the project scope of increasing the sales
of Native Bush Spices and increasing the brand awareness, their international expansion and their
web designing phase the team meeting would also discuss the questions that were determined
during the identification of project scope.

Business needs and business drivers
The Native Bush Spices is vending their items through small markets and stores. It’s important for
any organization to develop their marketing plan to develop the brand value. There is a need to
improve that Native Bush Spices need to adopt strategies and new marketing plans which will
increase the brand awareness among the people. They also need to improve the techniques and
infrastructures to attract more people towards their brands.
Criteria for success
For successful implementation of new project, the management of Bush Spices should consider the
following parameters.
1. Company should make an improvement and innovation in the ingredients.
2. For new and proposed website, it is necessary to create a new logo of company.
3. It is necessary that Bush Spices should made the advancement in proposed website through
the addition of shopping cart.
4. To attain the loyalty of customers and to capture more markets, it is necessary that company
should upload various business statements about the innovation and healthy foods
requirement on new site.
5. For optimizing the search engine (SEO), Bush Spices should hire the new employee.
