Options
Employee management application is the best technology that I would like to
implement in the workplace, where number of candidates are performing together in
appropriate and productive manner. The main feature of this technology is that it may
help to save time and manage attendance of employees. It may contribute to eliminate
the management cost by adapting to employee way of working as well as responding to
their needs. It may also support to increase organisational as well as candidates
performance, during competitive situation. The main function of this technology is that it
enable user to make effective plan for their project which it may communicate easily to
complete work in collaboration. It may have time saving and effortless elements that align
with venture objectives as well current performance improvement.
Another technology, that I would also like to implement and use in the work area is
Share- point. This technology is a web based intranet that may support to improve
organisational effectiveness in form of managing collaborative practices appropriately.
The most effective feature of Share-point is project documentation sharing without
consuming time. It allows candidates to collaborate effectively, without facing any
challenge or issue. Folder sharing, large file support and better integration are those
terms that falls under the category of Share-point functions. Master pages, page layouts
and appropriate collaboration are the key elements of current technology that aid to
achieve target aims.

Employee management application benefits- This technology may provide employees
a lot of benefits such as to increase their performance and productivity that support
company to achieve target aims. It may lead to increase the profitability and decrease the
costs of additional resources that require collaborating.
Share-point benefits- it may help to boost the morale and confidence level among
employees in form of providing them chance to collaborate and communicate with each
other, without making communication and collaboration ineffective.
