Age discrimination The Age Discrimination Act 2004 provides for the provision related to the
prevention of discrimination between the employees of the company. It explains
about the grounds on which basis the discrimination cannot take place in an
organization.
Disability discrimination The Disability Discrimination and Other Human Rights Legislation Amendment
Act 2009 prevents the discrimination on the basis of the physical and mental
disability.
Racial discrimination It is governed by the Racial Discrimination Act 1975. this has reduced the
inequality between the individuals on the basis of races in the country.
Sex discrimination Sex Discrimination Act 1984 is the legislation that provides about the provisions
related to the sex discrimination in an organization.
Human rights Human Rights Commission provides for the basic human rights to the individuals
residing in a country.
Equal opportunity The Equal Opportunity Act 2010 gives for the equality of the individuals who are
working in an organization.

The Diversity Policy was framed to promote equality,
diversity as well as inclusion within the Law Council for
those of all ages, colors, race, ethnic or national origins,
sexual orientation, marital and parental status, physical
impairment, disability and religious beliefs.
Arrangement who are wishing to establish a diversity policy
are invited to use the ideas contained in this Policy and
modify them to suit the individual character of the
organization.
The key features includes the recruitment and hiring of the
employees belonging to different caste and religion who would
work in the same organization.

The other policy includes the safety policy for the employees
of the company. In this, all the employees are insured with a
decent amount if any type of mis happening held to them
during their job span in the respective organization.
The feed back on this policy is generally positive from the side
of the employees. This is because it is being protecting the
employees from such hardship faced by them in the
organization.
