Due to the vast differences between workplaces and individual tasks/projects, student submissions are expected to vary greatly. Speak with your facilitator/assessor if you have any questions or concerns about adapting the task to your work environment. The information needed for the successful completion of this assessment task will vary depending on your workplace and the nature of the task you are planning. To help you complete a work plan, consider: ●resources ●client needs ●work group targets (including budgetary, production, reporting, sales, etc.) ●your responsibilities and priorities ●time and scheduling ●contingency planning for factors that may affect achievement of work objectives. If you do not have a workplace in which to undertake the task as described below, you should discuss an alternative with your facilitator/assessor – they may be able to provide you with a simulated workplace or scenario.
