feedback on their own workplace performance.
The student is required to gather feedback from their superior, colleagues and clients, as well as
evaluating own performance and determine how their quality of output can be improved. They will
they report on the process and results.
The assessor should begin by clarifying their expectations for the report including examples. The
headings for each section of the report are outlined in the Assessment Task and should be used
as a guide to help structure the report.
Ensure that your reinforce that evidence must be supplied, where appropriate, to the student’s
self-evaluation of work performance.
Assign the Assessment Task during session 2 and consider allowing students to complete it over
the duration of the course. This will allow them enough time to undertake the task in their chosen
workplaces and reflect on the outcomes.

feedback on the task from your manager/supervisor, colleagues and clients (where applicable).
This Assessment Task also requires you to evaluate your own performance and determine how
the quality of your output can be improved.
