The assessor should begin by clarifying their expectations for the report including examples. The
headings for each section of the report are outlined in the Assessment Task and should be used
as a guide to help structure the report.
Ensure that your reinforce that evidence must be supplied, where appropriate, to the student’s
self-evaluation of work performance.
Assign the Assessment Task during session 2 and consider allowing students to complete it over

This Assessment Task also requires you to evaluate your own performance and determine how

Performance management and evaluation is more than filling out the
performance review that is widely done once in a year. For promoting the
communication among the supervisor, and the employees about planning,
so that, the project manager can achieves workplace priorities and success
properly. There is no specific area, which requires success rather there is a
wide area of application in this particular project, which requires
improvement. On job training, learning and development are needed for
the successful implementation of the project. Identification of different
policies and procedures are the other actions those are necessary steps to
e considered for the successful implementation of the project. The project
team members to become more familiar with the project and the project
requirements should attend custom designed workshops. It will also help
the project team member to increase their skills and knowledge. Different
performance system on the campus and supporting goal development are
the other actions that help the project team members to become pre
professional. The team member can effectively monitor the performance
of other team members with ongoing improvement planning. In addition to
this, continuous improvement plan is another important component that
has to be considered by the project team member to foster the project
environment.

company is to increase the overall community understanding regarding the
compounding pharmacy and their services even in the rural geographical location.
Strong commercial return from the stakeholders will bring massive success to the
company. Another aim f the company is to increase the total number of consumers
throughout Australia. It will successfully initiate and facilitate the community
committee. The existing activities followed by the company are somewhere needs
