Report
Work objectives
Personal objectives and target:
Throughout this task, my personal objectives were to lead the members in a way that
can ensure the cooperation and operational integrity while aiming towards the task
goal within a stipulated period. My target was to increase my ability to handle
teamwork as well as to increase my decision-making and deliverable capacity.
Additional work standards that I must adhere to:
The major work standard was the professional ethics and competency while making
the scope of flourishing wide for each of the team member. The major concern was
to prioritise the voice of each team member considering his or her individual
perspective.
Feedback
Methods of feedback:
In order to collect the feedbacks and opinion from other responsible personnel within
the work structure the 360° feedback process has been used. Through this holistic
feedback collection, the survey tool was able to gather multi directional data from the
respondents of various positions and roles.
Other possible methods:
Performance Data could be used as a alternative of used feedback method. Through
this method, a report could be generated as per my performance while scoring for
each of the individual attributes that reflects a specific parameter to measure the
performance.
Self-assessment
Meeting the work objectives or targets:
As per the performance of my team members, I can say that, when it comes to the
job purpose, I have achieved that at satisfactory level. However, some personal level
Page 17 of 19

BSBWOR404: Develop work priorities: Seek & evaluate feedback
incompetence such as lack of knowledge in management tools operation,
communicational gap, lack of transparent aim modifications are the major obstacles.
Complying with work standards:
I was trying to comply with the work standards to my best through maintaining a
cooperative and friendly relationship with all the team members while treating them
equally in an unbiased environment. However, lack of utilisation of a strategic tools
was causing occasional hindrance.
Reveal issues from feedbacks:
As per the feedback it has been found that I lack effective planning and management
capabilities. Apart from that, the ream members are also not satisfied about my
collaborative relationship that can promote cooperative activities. I was also unable
to handle a continuous improvement practice. It has been also reviewed that I do not
have adequate ability to portray the management objectives. I was unable to
recognise the opportunities within the existing work environment that inherited from
the lack of flexible and adopting approaches for new demands.
Areas for improvement
I can improve my ability to adopt new ideas while controlling the existing procedure
or work process. I need to find more strategic and feasible tools to develop the
objectives in a way that can ensure the continuous improvement.
Organisational requirement
Organisation’s procedure for identifying and reporting on areas for improvement:
For this organisation I am working in, I have to report my immediate supervisor about
the feedback report and about the areas of improvement. The operational manager
can allow me to take initial action for self-improvement plan. For this I need to
drawdown the list of potential improvement in personal and professional skills in
order to present that to the manager.
Evaluation of work performance:
Document Page
BSBWOR404: Develop work priorities: Seek & evaluate feedback
After each of the self improvement activity session I will arrange a simulated work
environment where I have to serve a specific purpose abiding by the organisational
requirement. As per the result after finishing each simulation, I can plan the further
improvement plan considering the outcomes and findings.
Software programs to plan and monitor tasks in future work:
I will use MS office Excel to maintain the documentation of completed and planned
tusks. For making reminder and upcoming task list I will use a online software named
Google Task.
