bigger and better objectives in longer run. Like when I more confident towards work, my
working style, positive attitude and supportive nature then I am ready to make a good role model
for employees. This help to make effective and more valuable for the business in effective
manner. My hard working ability to help and more effective working experience will help me to
become a successful role model in effective manner. This creates more effectiveness for me as a
good role model.

There are various traits which are helpful for the business in effective manner. Leaders
are the most important aspects who are always motivating within their subordinate for giving
better result of work in effective manner. The main trait of effective leader which is trust to their
employees and about their work to be done in effective manner. Trust is most important factor
which is creates more effectiveness for completing work in effective manner. Like leader's trust

I have to develop in effective manner. Another, traits are effective and good communication,

become a successful leader in effective manner. These factors I need to develop and help to
become a successful leaders at the work place in effective manner. Those are the wonderful
aspects which are more success for me.
3. Work goals and plan with organization plan and goals.
Setting personal goals and plan are very important aspects for the company and
individual as well as it improve the way management do their work and make decisions. For that
here I have need to understand first about the goals of company which is help to sets proper goal
of me. Like my goals is get promotion at company and company have goal to attract more
customers. In that I can use more promotion technique to promote products and services at
market place is help to attract more customers as well as achieved my personal goals which is
promoted in the company by achieving target of company in effective manner (Gagné, 2018).
This creates more effectiveness. There is the five methods which are help to me for ensuring
about work goals and plane are aligned with the organization goals and plan in effective manner.
Those methods are clear company goals, communicate the company strategy and vision, avoid
incentives as well as gain extra knowledge and improve skills in effective manner.
4. My job responsibilities.
It is very important and effective to know more about performance of workers at
workplace. This help to improve applicants act and productivity it also helps venture in form of
improving productivity. In order to analysis my performance I need to work with KPI and
feedback. Both are the best models and strategy to know about the work in effective manner.
With the help of KPIs, I am able to review my performance in effective manner at work place.

This help to me for improving my performance where I can make mistakes in positive manner.
Another way to ensure about the job responsibilities are feedback. Taking feedback from seniors
are help to make positive attitude with work because seniors are always says and find out their
mistakes and help correct them with proper results of work (Pal, McNaughtan and García, 2020).
Through that I am able to work with proper manner as well as helpful for the managing our job
responsibilities in effective manner. For that I can make a list and review that time to time which

effective manner. I can review my performance after completing work and make self reflected

my mistakes which have done at the workplace. By finding out the mistakes I will be able to

6. Prioritise work.
That is very important for successful employee to prioritise the work at workplace in

manner. In order to prioritise the work I will make the to do list which will help to understand the
work which is completed on urgent basis and which is important for me to complete on time.
With the help of to do list I can complete my work on time by prioritising work in effective
manner. I can do the regular review the workload is help me to understand the emergency of
work completed in effective manner (Lindgren and et.al., 2020). This creates more effectiveness
for me to complete my work on time with prioritise the work. To do list is helpful for maintain
the work at the time of condition and as per need of completing work in effective manner. I have

to structure the workload which will help me to work under the process of working and

by supervisors.
7. Uses technology to organize and manage my work.
It is very important for me to manage my work on time for that I have need to work with
time management skills by to do list which will help me to prioritise the work and important.
That is help me for completing work on time in effective manner. For that I need to work with
more effectiveness at the workplace for managing complete work. For that I can use email which
is technology is help to convey my message to another one without any disturbance at the
workplace (Ahmadi and Reza, 2018). With the help of this, it will enable me to complete my
work on time. Making my personal day to day calender is help to complete work on date which
is helpful for manage work. With the help of this, I will be able to get done work on time and on
date. Through that I can manage my complete work on time as well as on dated of allot. For that
I can manage work and I have free time for arranging work another allotted work. Through that I
have advantage for completing work as well as improve performance with time management in
effective manner.
8. Maintain a work/life balance.
This is very important for me to maintain my work and life balance with office work.
That will help to me get growth at company in effective manner. For that I have to maintain
personal work with office work which is more important for successful employees at the
workplace in effective manner. Like if I have emergency personal work then I want leave from
office for 5-6 days which is create extra workload in future (Kelliher, Richardson and
Boiarintseva, 2019). In that I have need to work with flexibility and take work from home
facility which will help to maintain work personal work and office work together in effective and
in respective manner. This creates more effectiveness for me to get promotion at company place
as well as effective for my performance with proper life balance in effective manner.

I plan to ensure knowledge and skills within my professional career by specifically
focusing on my future targets at frame, also for new enlarged growth connectivity and
developed new connective strength. I will be setting specific functional targets at fame for

practical learning experiences. Personal knowledge and skill evolving aspects such as taking
