organizational performance.
 The current presentation will explain limitations of BSC determined in western research and that case
in China.
 It will also define strategic recommendations in preparing for & implementing balanced scorecard in
the China.

 In the world of business, there are several forms of approaches, methods and
techniques are accessible that play significant role in success and growth of
companies, either it is large or small.
 Balanced scorecard is the best example of management approach or system that

impact on performance and practices of users, especially those who may run their
