Task One:
Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
Personal and professional development is the process by which an individual
develops skills with knowledge which is helpful in making learning possible within an
organization. Such development makes personal and professional goal with
objectives achieved in more effective manner within the time period specified for it.
These kind of development helps in making sustainability within success possible
(He and et. al., 2017).
Description and discussion of the value of short term goals identifying at
least 3 personal examples

Short term goals are those goals which is based upon reducing the gap in
relation to long term goals. Also these goals is been achieved within the time period
of 1 year (McGrew and et. al., 2018).
Examples:-
 Finding good teacher in order to study upon particular subject.
 To write an essay upon a particular topic on daily basis.
 To go to gym and wake up early in morning.

Medium term goals are those goals which serves the purpose of long term
goals and short term goals through managing them in appropriate manner. Medium
term goals are the ones which makes accomplishment of time span of 1-3 years
(Gan and et. al., 2019).
Examples:-
 To attain graduation degree from renowned college.
 To learn about specialized writing skills over reputed college.
 To purchase flat or house from savings done.

Long term goals are those goals which makes achievement that has to be
achieved through planning. Such goals deemed over time period of 3 years to 10
years. These goals makes long term achievement possible upon making an
organization or individual attain success through out the growth.
Examples:-
 To form a business and attain success for it.
 To gain command upon written and communication skills.
 To get award upon showing productivity and potentiality.
Description and discussion of the value of a Personal Development Plan
and construction of an example using my goals
Personal Development Plan it is that kind of plan which makes actions
measures over making individual carrying improvement over skills and personal
competencies which makes a person attain success through out its life. Regarding
this personal development plan helps an individual for elevating personality which
makes comparability developed in order to makes task completed within key settings
(Chiarini, 2017).
