and policy makers try to make sense on particular approach
which is not delivered effective outcomes. The manger
identified all the wicked problem that arise in the company
and according to that give instruction to policy maker to
prepare policy.

In present time most of the organisation face the problem of
Wicked problems that impact on the performance in negative
manner. Sainsbury face the problem of climate change due to
Carbon neutral business. The company has been invested 1
billion to conduct activities into Carbon.

Justifying Wicked problem
Wicked problem is not easy to sort out by the company
effectively because it impact on policy makers an array even
more than those rising as Rittel and Webber were first
discussing about these problems. When any problem critical
