INTRODUCTION Projectmanagementencompassestheroletocarryoutsystematicplanningand management of organisation resources, task as well as event in order to successfully accomplish the preparation of objective (Burke, 2013).To better define the report the students of Bucks Student Union will carry out project management under which project manager is responsible to effectively host musical festival at local town hall for the Alumni. This report cover topics like compare and contrast different project management methodologies and describe its application for carrying out global project. Develop network diagram which represent the relationship between different activities. Prepare stakeholder analysis and carry for risk analysis for music festival. TASK 1 Compare and critically analyse the three project management methodologies of knowledge. Along with advantage and disadvantage of using methodologies in global project Theroleofprojectmanagementmethodologiesistobasicallyprovidethe infrastructure or blueprint on the basis of which different tasks associated with global project act are carried out. As global project whether it is relation to music or dance concert is carried out at large scale due to which it require huge involvement of resources, funds and manpower. In addition to that, the aim of managing comprehensive workflow via opting diverse project management methodologies is to effectively structure internal activities in order to successfully implement activities for global project (Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). Thus, being critical successful factor it mitigate the chances of risk by successfully executing the policies management team. The explantation of some of the methodologies to effectively carry out global project is listed below:

CONCLUSION From the above report it has been determined that the role of project manager is to incorporate different activities and use necessary techniques or methodology in order to initiate and control the particular event or programme successfully. To effective carry out the event it is the responsibility of project manager to use the effective project management methodology in order to derive out best possible result. Further, risk is analysed and mitigate by using effective strategy and derive out best possible result.
