Executive summary
The main objective of this paper is to analyze the construction process for fitness centre. Green
apple gym is a fitness and lifestyle company that aims at improving the health of community
people. The two main features that are offered with the Green Apple Gym are that it has a cardio
room and 2 indoor fitness classes. The paper aims at analyzing the project plan with the help of
PRINVE2 methodology. In addition to this the gym is also developed with a locker room and
bathroom. The paper will analyze the project budget effectively so that every activity can be
analyzed properly.
