1. Position
1.1 You will be required to report to work after seven working days according to the equal
opportunity act 2010.
1.2 You will be a full-time employee, and you will be required to attend to work at the
time which is stated by the Metharom construction company.
1.3 The roles and duties which you will be required to perform are defined in the attached
description of the position. You will be required to complete the duties which are
assigned to you regarding your knowledge skills and experience.
1.4 You will perform the tasks which are assigned to you by Metharom Company or any
other location as directed by the employer.
2.0 Terms and conditions of employment
2.1 The additional conditions which are set out in the attached Schedule will also apply to
your employment.
3. Ordinary hours of work
3.1 Your ordinary working hours will be 38 hours per week, plus any reasonable
additional hours that are necessary to fulfill your duties or as otherwise required by
the employer.
3.2 Your ordinary working hours may be averaged over to be 150 hours per month.
4. Remuneration
4.1 The employer will make superannuation payments on your behalf by the Equal
opportunity Act 2010

6. Your obligations which you will have to the employer
6.1 You will be expected to:
(a) At all times perform the duties to your level best.
(b) Use your best endeavors to protect and promote the interests of the company.
(c) Adhere to all lawful and reasonable directions given to you by the employer.
7. Termination of employment
7.1 Under the equal opportunity Act 2010 the employer is entitled to terminate your
employment at any given time by providing you with written notice according to the
table below (Jones, 2014).
7.2
If
you are above 50 years old of age you will be given an additional week's notice on the day
the notice of termination is given out to give you a chance to appeal. The company is a
subject to the legal actions in the cases where it fails to observe the set rules in the equal
opportunity Act 2010 (Okólski, 2012).

8.1 By accepting this agreement letter you agree and acknowledge that you will not,
during the period of your employment use or disclose important information
associated with Metharom Company. You will be expected to be an ambassador for
the company, and at all times you should be working with the aim of achieving the set
goals of the company (Raiden, 2014).
9. Entire agreement
9.1 The conditions referred to in this agreement comprises all the terms of your
employment and replacement. You will be expected to work according to this
agreement. Working contrary to this agreement can result in the immediate
termination of the employment or legal actions can be taken against you.
9.2 The conditions referred to in this agreement may only be changed by a written
agreement which is signed by both you and the employer.

Dispute resolution refers to the process through which the resolutions which arise in the
company are solved and then brought to an end (Ryley, 2015).
In the process of dispute resolution I was to make the process to be very successful by;

Allowing the appropriate stages which are required to reach an agreement be included.
Encourage the parties which are involved to agree on how to solve the dispute.
