INTRODUCTION
Building science is refers to the collection of scientific knowledge which focusses on
analysis of physical phenomenon that affecting building. This is one of the broad term which

Present report selecting 30years old building in which it is selecting The modern house
which is built in 1929 south facing balcony that surrounded by mature communal gardens. The
