Introduction
For the business organization, the most important factors is to build up and maintain
the effective business structure and that can only be possible by the implementation of the
correct procedure of gaining the effective organization performance of CQ University and
protecting it from the risk factors that may arise for the influences of the environmental forces
and others. This study follows the literature review of the five journals and the role of the
mangers suggested by each journal. This study provides the correct procedures and the
appropriate suggestions of building up of the perfect organizational structure.

This study highlights the importance of updating and improving the working condition
according to the legislation rules and laws, is essential for maintaining the organizational
structures. Thus, the manager need to look forward for constant improvements in the working
