INTRODUCTION
Sustainable organisation refers to the type of organisation which follows the principle of
sustainable development. In simple terms, it refers to a type of organisation that performs their
operations in an effective way as they cannot impact on the environment or the society. To build
a sustainable organisation, the firm has to follow a variety of stages (Dziubaniuk and Nyholm,
2020). The sustainability is important in the business as it can provide a success opportunity to
them. If the firm is a sustainable organisation, it can create a competitive image and increases the
needs of the sustainable goods in the market. In this report, we discuss about the concept of
sustainability and its impact on the competitive benefits for the organisations. The report also
discuss about the attributes and capabilities which are needed by the organisation so as to
succeed in their goals.

Concept of sustainability
It refers to the concept of fulfillment of the current needs but not comprising with the future
generation needs. In simple terms, it refers to an quality that maintains the procedure over time.
And it is generally broke down into three more concepts, that is, economic, environmental, and
social. There are most of the companies in the world who consider to be as sustainable
organisation as to maintain the resources in an effective way. The sustainability provides several
benefits to the firm such as it introduces a new or upbringing environment to the firm as they can
solve most of the problems in an efficient manner. When the sustainable organisation has come
up in the market, it can generate needs of the sustainable goods more rather than the general
goods. As because every consumer willing is to change their habits and switch it to the
environmental related goods. And it prove to be a great opportunity for the firms so as to
improve their revenue (Wong and Ngai, 2021). In today's world, sustainability is the most vital
element as to consider success in the organisation. To make a sustainable organisation, they has
to consider the three principles or pillars of them. The first one is the environmental pillar which
gives the main focus on the reducing the harm to the environment as to consider this, the firm
has to be make sure that should use the packaging from the recycled materials. The next
