INTRODUCTION
Business management may be considered as one of the most effective process which can be used
to develop business on a larger scale (Pulakos, Mueller-Hanson and Arad, 2019). It facilitates
business operations to be performed without any interruption. Core aim for every business
organisation is to attain higher efficiency by framing effective strategies. Business management
sustainability can be achieved by opting sustainable and ethical practices. It guides and directs
organisation in an effective manner and company can use various strategic tools which enhance
operational efficiency. Ethical dilemma is one of the crucial part which results in creation of
discipline along with order within organisation. It is majorly based on code of conduct and
policies which relates to organisational behaviour. This project report is based on Climate
solutions which engages in business of reduction of carbon emission produced by manufacturing
organisations. It will also cover strategic management with ethical dilemma in relation to
provided case study.
TASK
Critically evaluate the roles and responsibilities of Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher as
sustainable strategic managers.
Strategic management can be referred as ongoing process which can be used by company in
planning, monitoring as well as in analysing objectives and in framing of strategies sin order to
achieve those objectives. Management is responsible for change within business environment in
which company has to focus on strategic success (Akhtar, 2018). It facilitates manager of
company to frame business policies and strategies which leads to attainment of goals. It is
important for companies to take initiative so as to reduce carbon footprints emitted by
manufacturing firms. They emit harmful gases which is harmful for individuals and for animals
too. Rapid increase in pollution level can negatively impact environment and by taking
initiatives, company can minimise its negative impact of its operations.

Analysing issue- It is one of the effective role that should be played by managers.

commercial building. It undertakes core issues which needs to be taken into consideration
that negatively impact on environment. In addition to that, it also emphasises on energy

and design and procurement (Odera, 2022). In relation to Climate solutions, it prepares
report that has been submitted to BREEM assessor. That report is based on carbon

also compels organisation to rethink and redesign policies which facilitates
growth. In relation to Climate solutions, it is important for company to redesign
its policies regarding carbon emission and by opting latest technology, it can save
money and bring overall cost of production. It will also help in saving of time,
cost and efforts along with remaining sustainable in business environment.
Inflation- Inflation is also one of the significant challenge which creates problem
in diminishing demand of customers. Due to higher price, it lowers down
customer base and negatively impact on company’s profitability. In relation to
climate solutions, leaders should frame effective management strategy so that
they can reduce negative impact of inflation. It is important for company to take
initiative so as to address this issue or it may adverse impact on overall efficiency

Investment- Investment may be considered as one of the biggest challenge for
leaders in fulfilling both short term and long term goals (López-Fernández, 2018).

Ethical dilemma- Ethical dilemma may be referred as ethical judgements in
which justice is taken into consideration in a well structured manner. All the tiers
of company are anticipated in order to observe many forms of dilemma. In
relation to hospitality enterprise, there are various dilemmas that can be taken into
consideration so as to interact with purchaser. Some of the ethical dilemmas are
discussed below.

Respect for others- It is needed for employees to respect others whether they are
internal or external stakeholders of company. They do not discriminate employees
on the basis of religion, race, tradition and nation. The employees of Climate
solution offer identical appreciate with their purchaser that assist them to maintain
longer time relation.

From the above project report, it was concluded that there are various forms of organisation that
