INTRODUCTION
Information and communications technology (ICT) capabilities are defined as the capacity
to interact with each other through a variety of technologies (Aslan and Zhu, 2017). ICT refers to
the application of technology to ordinary, everyday operations such as sending a message,
making a video conference, surfing the internet on a smartphone or tablet, and so forth. ICT
skills can also include how to utilise traditional data centres such as smartphones, laptops, and
cellular phones. This study is formulated on the basis tension in the United Kingdom. For the
report, YouGov analysed data with a small sample comprising 4,619 respondents. It was the first
time a stress or bullying student assessment has been done in the UK. In the previous year, 74%
of the populace was unhappy or unable to cope with daily stress. This paper collects data about
stress reactions in the United Kingdom and uses ICT methods like mean, median, and modal
value to analyse the best results.

1. When conducting research, use specified ICT approaches, such as looking for secondary
material relevant to the subject.
• Age differences: Compared to only 7% of student, 30% of senior people indicated they
never have felt overworked and therefore unable to cope in the preceding year.
• Behavioural effects: Impact caused 46 percent of participants to eat far too much and in
an unhealthy manner. 29 percent said they started or increased regular alcohol
consumption, while 16 percent said they started or increased regular cigarette
consumption.
• According to a research performed in the UK in 2020, work stress has been the most
common type of stress faced by Britain, with 79 percent among those polled saying they
dealt with that on a daily basis. Furthermore, half of the polled have experienced frequent
financial difficulties, and 48% had experienced family hardship (Kahan and et.al, 2017).
• Mind-body effects: Despondent sensations were reported by 51% of pressured persons,
while anxiousness was reported by 61%. Social problems plagued 16 percent of
individuals who said they had suffered pressure at some point in their lives, while despair
plagued 32 percent. As a result, 37% of people who indicated they were worried also
reported they felt lonely.
