Introduction:
The Web Hunters is one of the largest website business company in the current
market. This organization is very much old and running for a quite long time. While the
business of the organization was going on no significant improvements was done by the
management of the organization and due to that the organization is still using a low grade
hardware if it is compared with the hardware of present generation. Due to this low and old
hardware currently the organization was facing several of issues in the in their daily business
operations. Due to this reason the management of the organization has upgraded its system
capability by changing its hardware. In this report a scenario will be presented which will
describe the current scenario after the improvement and the scenario before the improvement.
Also, a goal seek improvement scenario will be presented with the scenario summary. All the
value of different cost amounts are taken randomly with suitable guesses from different
website development company financial budget plans.
Improvements:
1. High configuration Intel i9 processor installed desktop instead of previous old Intel model
desktops.
2. Increasing external and internal hard drive size from 500 GB to 2 TB for all the computers
used by employees.
3. Acquiring highest bandwidth network provider for improved internet experience for
business.
4. Installing laser printers for printing instead of previous dot-matrix printers.
