Vroom’s model of expectancy theory
The vroom’s expectancy theory actually deals with the three aspects in the business

performance in the business. Valance actually deals with the rewards and outcomes which
actually the employees expects. Expectancy on the other hand refers to the level of
confidence the employees are capable of doing in the business. Instrumentality actually

Evaluation of motivation
Motivation in the business is actually measured by the process of the providing
