Thus, provides access to customers in order to givemore than one opportunity to develop and cater product and services to full fill the needs ofpotential customers.The present report is based on business activities of Nestle, it is global leading brandengaged in clothing, furniture, beauty, wine and grocery products etc.Furthermore, this report is based on to identify the ways that supports to haveimprovement in process of recruitment, selection and training of their employees to meetinternational requirements. Thus, aim and objectives needs to be framed in order to cover thetopic of multinational firm to improvize recruitment, selection and training process.
