INTRODUCTIONCommunication is two way process in which one is sender of information and other isreceiver. Data or information convey includes ideas, facts, concepts, opinions, beliefs, attitude,instruction and emotions. For proper working of an enterprise oralso for transfer information, message and data there is requirement of proper communicationpath way. Below mention assignment is based on Vodafone which is telecommunication industrycompany founded in 1991 and they are providing their services worldwide. This assignment is explaining how communication effect a business enterprise. Thisincludes needs of internal and external stakeholders, different communication models thatsupport administration. It bring highlight on effectiveness, factors of communication media,significance of avoiding grammatical error, framing sentence and many more. It bring outline onthe utilisation of communication models and gestures or expressions of an individual.MAIN BODY1.1 Requirements of conversation with internal and external stakeholdersEvery organisation bears two type of stakeholders internal and external. Where internalare within the company i.e., manager, director, investors, employees (Talan and Bloom, 2018).Alternatively, external stakeholders are outsiders but they care about benefits from theperformance of enterprise i.e., investors, suppliers, regulators etc.. In Vodafone communicationof these groups is important and have different objectives :- Internal – Communication internally have less chances of formal because of familiaritieswithin team members. But it is more honest compare to external and there is requirementof transfer information as well data in Vodafone within employees, directors, manageretc.. So that, performance of business can improve on realistic figures. External – Communication externally is required in Vodafone for transferring necessarydata to their stakeholders. This is important because such communication can attract largenumber of investors for investment purpose. Moreover, if customers have informationabout same enterprise then they can also purchase their services which result inincreasing sales. 1
