perspective of a Business Analyst in the context of ICT systems for business. The paper identifies
the relevant stakeholders and analyzes them, after an elaborate evaluation of the business case. The
paper then discusses the business context and processes that would benefit from an ICT system for
AA, before drawing conclusions
