The main agenda of this study is to find out the current market
position of health and social care sector of UK. By this way it
would be analysed that whether there is any scope to develop a
new residential care home.
Agenda of this study is to enhance services of the hospitals so
that death rate of the nation can be minimized.

INTRODUCTION
Health care sector of UK is performing well, over the past few
years scenario of this industry has been changed drastically.
Current assignment is based on the residential care home
which is engaged in foreign consortium which is based in
Middle East.
This care home is planning to enter into United Kingdom with
the purpose to provide luxurious residential care home to high
worth individuals.
The preferable location of the firm is London area.
