Introduction
Technologies are utilized everywhere in the world and in every occupation, be it
agriculture, business or service. Without the usage of technologies, the civilization might come
to a dead end. Technologies help man to work faster and be productive than ever before to carry
out the tasks properly and smoothly. Agriculture is a sector of economy where technologies have
been used since time immemorial. In the area of agricultural appraisal, certain technologies have
been introduced which have become quite popular. These technologies make the agricultural
appraisal better than it was before. Agware Inc is a company that produces and sells agricultural
appraisal software applications to farmers and businessmen. The respective paper analyzes the
external environment where Agware is working, different technological tools and mechanisms
utilized by the Agware company and the current trends of their technologies thereafter.
Introduction to Agware Inc
The company Agware Inc is an American database software company that was started in
the year 1999 and the products that are available at Agware Inc. have the UAAR trademark
which has been registered federally and other several forms of technologies that are registered
under the canopy of UAAR and UCRR based on copyright version and the Standard Appraisal
Review Report (SARR). The UAAR trademark covers downloadable computer software for
carrying out tasks such as collecting, modifying, optimizing, manipulating and harnessing data
and information.
Agware Inc is a company that produces and sells agricultural appraisal software for the
society. Agricultural appraisal software can be defined as containing both a sales database and a

al., 2017). A farmer’s day to day management of farms and their other activities such as
utilization of pesticides and creation of farm maps which requires the usage of GPS technologies
are all met by the Agware Inc company.
The main aim of Agware Inc. Company is to provide premium technological support and
assistance in terms of agricultural appraisal to the farmers and the farming companies.
Agricultural appraisal includes a document (preferably a report) that provides an estimate of fair
market value of the respective agricultural property. An appraisal is generally required by all
farmers and farm lenders before an approval of a final farm loan to ensure that the farm
mortgage loan amount is not more than the current value of the property. The Agware software is
