INTRODUCTION
Business Analytics (BA) is basically concerned with having set of discipline and
technologies for overcoming the organizational problems via using quantitative methods,
statistical models and data analysis. In the current era, data analytics ply crucial role in
influencing the competitive position of company by ensuring effective decision-making via
considering data. The current report is based on M and A Air Conditioning (Milton Keynes)
which concerned with designing, commissioning, installation and after sales service. In addition
to this, these activities are conducted for air conditioning, heating and ventilation for both
commercial & residential sector. The present study will evaluate how external environment Is
impacting firm by focusing on gathering information about key businesses, customers h,
supplier, competitors, strengths and weaknesses. It will include PESTLE, porters five forces
model, crucial issues, etc so that depth understanding can be obtained.

The air conditioning activity lies in heating, ventilation & conditioning (HVAC) is one of
the significant sector that is continuously growing. The main reason behind its growth &
development is inclination usage of technology to accomplish their objectives. The industry is
growing at a CAGR of 6.1% that is helping organizations operating in sector to achieve higher
ability to operate successfully. It is expected to grow in the potential time by 3.9% which is
reflecting its continuous inclination (Capobianco and et.al., 2021). The demand for the products
is frequently enhancing and expecting to develop smaller systems & refrigerant volumes for
maintaining higher confidence. There is higher level of pricing and health & safety legation
which are needed to be compliance for offering successful products in industry.
